MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Primarily responsible for ensuring that compensation and benefits (variable pay, cash incentives, bank and service fees, retirement, insurance, etc.) of distributors and ensure timely and accurate payout within the agreed schedule by the Department's service level and quality standards.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As may be assigned, the following are the major processes or functions of a Distributor Compensation and Benefits Officer
Computes distributor's compensation
Computes incentives, monitors loans and other deductions
Prepares regular reports and ad hoc, when necessary
Responds to email queries from Distributors
Investigate and provide solutions to email queries and concerns
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
Participates in projects as maybe required
Participates in process or system enhancements, as assigned
KEY STAKEHOLDERS:
Internal: Distribution teams (RD, CB), Legal and Compliance, Finance
External: Distributors, Bank Partners, Brokers
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree, preferably Accounting
Experience in customer service
Preferably with a background in insurance or sales
Preferably with experience in commission processing
At least 2 years of work experience
Experience in creating, analyzing, and presenting reports/data
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Action-oriented
Results-driven
Good team player

Works with minimal supervision
