DISTRIBUTOR (ACCOUNTS) MANAGER
Job Overview
As Distributor Manager, your responsibilities involve ensuring that products reach their intended destinations efficiently and effectively. It is essential for maintaining a smooth and cost-effective supply chain, ensuring product availability, and ultimately driving business growth. Distributor Managers need to be adept at both strategic planning and hands-on operational management to succeed in this role.
Responsibility to staff and direct the section team:
Responsible to supervise Distributor Coffee Product Sales Personnel
To meet the targets and those of the team as a whole
Contribute to training and development of Distributor entire sales team and management
To achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans
Responsibilities and Duties
To develop and grow Buzzy Coffee Distributor sales in line with the company's objectives
Train Distributor to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability
Ensure Distributors are equipped with the necessary sales skills or represent Buzzy Coffee through coaching individuals in the field and personally observing the performance of distributors
Implement new sales strategies and techniques with the distributors
Prepare and execute annual reviews of distributors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key/lead customers in the area.
Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact Buzzy Coffee Sales.
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly reports in a timely and efficient manner
Prepare and agree for the Presentation.
Other related tasks are required.
Qualifications
Significant sales management experience.
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage with customers.
Ability to develop training programs for distributors
Highly motivated, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently
Commercially astute with strong negotiating skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus
