DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST - NEGROS & MASBATE
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager - Visayas Distribution, in coordination with VP Operations, and within the limits of established company policies and procedures, the Distribution Specialist is responsible in client acquisition and in hitting revenue targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
The above areas, responsibilities and activities reflect the items considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the job.
Compensation & Benefits Package
Basic compensation is negotiable based on experienced
commission/sales incentives
quarterly incentive
Education & Experiences
A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or any allied program.
With solid background/experiences as Distribution Specialist for at least a minimum of 3 years, especially in handling food, pharma-galenicals, and cosmetics products.
With strong knowledge on retail operations.
Ability to meet deadlines and with strong time management skills.
Ability to lead, train, and coach assigned Coordinator and Merchandisers.
With strong critical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Willing to travel within the covered areas monitoring, and business-to-business transaction purposes.
With exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including preparing documents and presentations for the purpose of accounts generations.
