To join a team of experts responsible for the coordination and drafting of submissions for directories, awards and surveys, alongside the creation of ranking data and relevant analyses on Firm and competitor rankings, in a bid to raise the profiles of Partners and celebrate the work of Baker McKenzie. The DAS Intern will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the team related to database, systems and infrastructure management, as well as support the team on ad hoc projects in relation to directories, awards and surveys submissions. Responsibilities: Assist in the overall upkeep and management of robust Firm trackers, including the Firm's Rankings Dashboard, submissions repository and submissions calendar Support the team through research and data gathering, updating templates, following standards and best practices Conduct customized research and analyses in relation to directories, awards and surveys, as assigned Support the team on ad hoc projects, as assigned Skills & Experience: Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel Good communications and interpersonal skills Great attention to detail Flexible/ can switch tasks if needed (multitasking) Can perform general administrative tasks such as taking down minutes of meetings and facilitating events Can create presentation materials and reports Dedicated/ self-driven: Driven by a strong personal sense of integrity and upholds exemplary quality standards Humanity: Respectful to others, regardless of their position, and earns the respect of others by being transparent Treats delicate or confidential issues with grace and discretion
