Organize task delegation to increase efficiency and take advantage of teams strengths and weaknesses.
Coaching and continued development of team to ensure they understand all processes.
Responding to issues, questions and other requests from US team.
Use Clickup to document all tasks and responsibilities and to monitor team and communicate with US team.
Become expert in R365 software, Dine systems and tools.
Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in SOPs across team and communicate areas for improvement to US team.
Oversee special high-level team that specifically handles consulting tasks, balance sheet cleanup, Custom Financial report creation, assists US with onboarding of new clients, budgets and FP&A.
