Are you true performing office leasing sales professional? After understanding your prospects' office real estate needs, you will take the lead in arranging client viewing schedules, analysing the pros and cons of respective options, advising them the best negotiation strategies and seeing those strategies through to ensure maximum results. We work closely with other departments (such as the Research department) in the organisation in Philippines as well as other countries to help Landlords and Tenants.
What this job involves:
Management Responsibilities
Lead transactions and work independently as well as being part of a team
Support Segment 1 leasing accounts (as necessary)
Personal Responsibilities
Responsible for the leasing of office space to prospective tenants either on behalf of Landlords or Tenants (working with colleagues and working alone)
Responsible for the leasing of serviced office / co-working to prospective Landlords and tenants (working with colleagues and working alone)
Formulating and assist in formulating marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects
Formulating and assist in formulating marketing strategies and leasing plans of Tenants looking for office space
Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone)
Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents
Assist and lead the leasing process for Tenants, from finding prospective Clients, identifying prospective office space, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents

Experienced in Corporate Leasing Transactions
Do you have at least 3 years of experience in commercial or office leasing preferably including agency set up? Are you bursting with energy and ready to hit the road running? Your passion in cultivating new contacts will be integral in helping the business grow its market share in Philippines. A go-getter at heart, you aim to excel in this competitive office leasing space while creating an impression in the market.
It will also be important that you are a government authorized Real Estate Agent.
Team player
While you will be required to work independently while chasing your own leads, we work closely within the team to service international clients with huge occupancy needs. You can learn from known Agents in the industry and pick up the negotiation skills required to be influential to your clients' occupancy needs in the long run.
