Job Summary:
1. The Director of Operations (DoO) is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and that the
company's flight operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with
International and Local regulations as well as the Company requirements.
2. Provides strong and clear leadership internally to the company and its people and externally to the
company's stakeholders.
3. The Director of Operations is responsible in taking all possible and practicable steps to ensure safety
Job Requirements:
A Director of Operations must be acceptable to the authority and:
Hold or has held an ATP License.
Has had at least three (3) years of experience in a management capacity or a position of a comparable responsibility from any recognized air carried.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the contents of the company Operational Manual, the CAAP approved Operations Specifications, the current Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations and other provisions of the
applicable regulations. * Must have practical experience in application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices.
