We are looking for a Director of Marketing Communications.
As a Director of Marketing Communications, we rely on you to:
Leads the development and implementation of marketing communications initiatives to drive demand generation, guest awareness and engagement across media platforms and outlets
Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Philippines, and to the assigned hotel General Manager and Directors of Sales and Marketing to strategise and oversee detailed execution communication and branding initiatives. In addition to this, they will drive the full-year communications strategy to support the hotel's overall business objective
Drive top tier travel and lifestyle media and KOL relationships as well as partnerships to build awareness to both industry and consumers
Work closely with the Director of Marketing Philippines, Regional Marketing, Regional Digital Marketing, HQ Brands, and HQ Loyalty Marketing to ensure brand and marketing alignment and they have overview of the effectiveness and career development and training opportunities of the team
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for event management
Preferably has 5* hotel Sales & Marketing experience
Must be a confident and tactful
Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
Always thinks outside the box
Must be organised
Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
Able to multi-task and willing in to put in additional time to get the work done
Has excellent selling and communication skills
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Has strong interpersonal skills
Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
