JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitors and analyzes the dealers’ monthly sales performance to recommend activities (e.g. promotions) to increase sales, especially the slow?moving products
Performs activities to support dealers in achieving sales target
Monitors proper merchandising to ensure availability and attractiveness of displays.
Monitors collections vis?à?vis agreed terms; conducts monthly reconciliation and resolves hanging balance
JOB QUALIFICATION
College Graduate
Must have at least 1-year work experience in Direct Sales with specific expertise in network marketing and conceptualizing direct selling programs
Good communication, sales and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Assignment area available is in DAVAO
