Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and clean dining area for operation and closing procedure.
Serve food to guest promptly and make them feel special.
Buss and clean tables; sweep and mop floor, clean store ceiling and hidden areas.
Provides customer assistance like presenting menus, serving and helping customer select food / beverages.
Take and server orders.
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen bar staff.
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
