Oversees the outlet reservations system by ensuring accurate bookings and table assignments, handles outlet reservations, cancellations, and modifications, and coordinates with the department to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provides exceptional customer service to guests, builds and maintains relationships with guests and clients, and generates reports on reservation trends.
Supervises, develops, and trains dining reservation agents to ensure excellent service and efficient operations, and monitors and evaluates performance through feedback and coaching.
Qualifications
Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in dining reservations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills, service-oriented, with a keen sense of detail.
Proficiency in relevant software such as Resdiary and Microsoft applications.
