Job Description
Position Summary
The Digital Media Coordinator, under the guidance of the CEO, will be responsible for graphic design, content creation, and community management across various digital platforms, including social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube), email marketing (using Klaviyo), and the Shopify website.
Experience Required:
5+ years of advanced digital design using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Canva.
5+ years of advanced social media content creation and community management.
5+ years of advanced consumer marketing experience, with a deep understanding of buying behavior psychology (e.g., limbic profiles).
5+ years of advanced Shopify experience.
5+ years of advanced Klaviyo experience.
2+ years of experience with AI design, writing, and social media tools (e.g., chat GPT, Mid Journey, Mokker, WondercraftAI, pond5, and other AI tools).
Language Skills:
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English, with advanced comprehension skills.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to written or oral instructions.
Ability to work independently.
Effective and tactful communication.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain working relationships at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and design digital assets for all digital media properties.
Maintain and execute the social media Calendar across multiple channels.
Manage and curate content for social media channels, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and social commerce.
Continually improve the user interface (UI) of the Shopify website to increase conversion rates.
Optimize the CRM platform Klaviyo to improve email marketing performance and revenue generation.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and AI design programs.
Advanced HTML coding skills.
Advanced video editing and production skills, particularly for social media.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms.
Advanced selling skills.
Expertise in Shopify and its plugins.
Mastery of Klaviyo.
Qualifications:
