The Company is looking for a qualified and experienced Marketing professional to lead the marketing team in the digital platform and successfully implement the Company's marketing strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Run activities that show engagement and participation with existing data bases linked to user profiles
Knowledge of bulk mailer tools such as Mailchimp, and social media platforms is an asset. We are not interested in PPC approach.
Monitor ROI and KPIs of the marketing team members
Manage effectively the marketing team and ensure they are delivering their tasks
Ensure synchronization and alignment between all team members
Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, social media, and campaigns) to ensure brand consistency
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
Manage and improve online content and use effective tools to ensure conversions
Coach and mentor the other service providers and oversee all functions and day to day marketing activities and results;
Liaise with Sales teams leaders to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Prepare accurate reports on the marketing campaign's overall performance
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
Stay up-to-date with digital technology development
Maintain the company's brand guidelines and adhere to processes
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven minimum 5 years of work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or other media editing software
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional qualification in web design or animation is a plus
Education:-
BSc degree in Marketing, Digital media or relevant field

Training: 4$ per hour
Service pay: 8$ per hour
