What you'll be doing:
Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for strategic and day-to-day recruitment digital marketing activities at the local level and for contributing to the overall success. Key responsibilities:
· Search Engine Optimization - SEO audit and planning, on-page, off-page optimization.
· Online Paid Advertising - bidding and budget strategy, manage placements, landing page strategy and optimization.
· Job Boards - job post search optimization, planning and management, vendor management.
· Social Media - working with internal partners, campaign creation and improvement.
· Online Reputation management - build reputation via earned, paid and owned content.
· Email Marketing - templates, testing, automation, database and performance improvement.
The role must be able to quickly adapt marketing plans, manage stakeholders, meet goals and timelines.
What you'll bring to us:
· Create an effective digital plan to support specific client recruiting goals.
· Analyze the efficiency of each digital channel based on KPIs for continuous improvement.
· Develop innovative ad campaigns in partnership with internal and external creative resources.
· Project manager for digital collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving creative concepts, and overall partner management.
· Create digital processes to also support corporate teams, referral programs and traditional marketing efforts.
What skills you'll need:
· Strong knowledge in Search Engine Optimization, Online Paid Advertising and Social Media
· Creative and innovative ideas
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring
· Strong email and oral communication skills
· Flexibility in various work situations
· Project planning and management
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
Preferred:
· 2+ years of digital advertising and SEO marketing experience
· Previous call center sourcing/recruitment experience
· Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
