Job Overview
The primary function of this position is to assist the top management on various digital projects including site launches, social media operations, graphic design, online tools, organic traffic, and sales and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities and Duties
·         Research advertising trends
·         Determine what content will reach customers
·         Develop projects to create content for social media and other digital marketing platforms
·         Publish digital marketing content online
·         Create and monitor social media platforms
·         Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders
·         Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
·         Monitor project status and budget
·         Conduct market research to inform campaigns
·         Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each are updated in the correct format with the given tool
·         Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects with the given tool
·         Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation as well as the content creation
·         Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video
·         Improve video and sound quality using various video software
·         Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
·         Collaborate with some team members on Social Media Management, organic traffic and lead generation
·         Performs customer service tasks related to the projects of the company
·         Performs other tasks as dictated by the management
Job Specifications:
·         Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role for a minimum of 1 year
·         Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as Social media etc.) and market research methods
·         Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
·         Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and
·         Well-organized and detail-oriented
·         Exceptional communication and writing skills
·         Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
