JOB DESCRIPTION
General Accountabilities:
DIGITAL OPERATIONS
Conducts research on the latest digital campaigns and translates to proposals that can be offered to clients.
Leads the project team in the planning and execution of effective and efficient digital campaigns for clients which may include troubleshooting, if necessary.
Optimize campaigns, including reviewing reports and making recommendations for improved performance.
Identify opportunities and market entry strategies for digital solutions for brands and consumers alike.
Keeps updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement to give further key recommendations and insights to improve existing and future campaigns.
LEADERSHIP:
Collaborates with managers in developing operating polices and procedures that will further enhance the process flow of the division.
Gives necessary guidance on resolving concerns, issues, trouble-shooting etc.
Provides regular coaching and mentoring which aims constant development and improvement of team members.
Conducts process flow orientation for new members of the team as well as the working dynamics and culture of the organization.
ADMINISTRATIVE:
Performs technical and administrative functions such as but not limited to delivery of reports (includes insights and recommendations), active participation during meetings and company activities (divisional and management meetings, client briefing and important meetings, brainstorming, implementation plan, engagement activities etc.), provides employee performance review on a regular basis etc.
Management and delivery of initiatives / programs in the Operational Plan that are related to digital operations across all the four (4) Pillars- Financial Growth, Customer Satisfaction, Internal Process and People, Learning and Development.
Involves in the selection process for needed manpower under division
Other responsibilities that may be assigned and deemed necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job Qualifications:
With at least three to five years of professional experience in ad operations and digital marketing, preferably gained from a marketing communication agency.
With a strong skillset in strategic and operational planning, problem-solving, and oral and written communication.
Ability to manage, train, and coach people handling multiple projects concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
