JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for Digital Marketing Account Managers within our Advertising, Email/SMS and Web division who are able to work collaboratively with our different division teams in all aspects of digital marketing. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and takes a very hands-on approach with a true passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in the development and deployment of marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
We're growing rapidly and are searching for a self-motivated online marketing specialist who will support the daily operations of the marketing calendar for all of our clients. We are seeking to fill three different departments, It's okay if you just have experience in one of them. If you have experience in multiple, then even better.
Annual salary
PHP 600,000 - 1,500,000 Based on experience and duration of how long you stay in the company. Additional benefits listed below.
Paid Advertising:
Participate in forming effective paid ad strategies
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns across several channels
Oversee accounts on search platforms
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors
Find ways to reduce risk of click fraud
Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
Email and SMS Marketing
Support supervisor to manage content calendar, content briefs, content forecasting and content approvals & proofing
Coordinate email marketing processes from campaign planning, project management, creative review meetings, A/B testing, scheduling deployments, and sharing in-depth analysis of campaign results
Maintain email service providers (ESP) for multiple clients. Provide guidance for new features and advise best practices for the application. Identify and resolve the root cause of functionality issues
Coordinate and execute all automated flows going out to customers
Organize, develop and solidify all communications going out to customer to align with brand's tone
Ensure all marketing campaigns adhere to channel best practices
Coordinate fulfillment of promotional marketing offers
Coordinate SMS text message campaigns and its functionalities
Collect and analyze data to support key insights across the customer journey including: retention, repeat purchase rates, lifetime value, and AOV
Assist with regular Quality Assurance efforts on email, push notifications, and in-app/on-site messages
Ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of corporate and brand standard
Website Creation and Optimization
Build flawless and efficient e-commerce sites through Shopify and Wix, experience in WordPress and Squarespace is a plus
Develop and execute successful SEO Strategies
Conduct keyword research to guide content team
Review Technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Direct off-page optimization projects (link-building)
Collect data and report on traffic, ranking and other SEO aspects and website KPIs
Perform A/B Testing to shift KPIs
Extending Shopify's functionalities to next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc
Implement back-end code, vendor integrations, and app/plugin development for Shopify Plus and Wix Editor X
Enhance and optimize conversion funnel and checkout process
Translate static mockups into working interactive experiences and templates
Create user-friendly web pages and developing new user-facing and mobile-based features
Ensure accuracy, quality and consistency of corporate and brand standards

REQUIREMENTS
