Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Designs and supervises all aspects of our digital marketing strategy - from internal digital capabilities to external digital innovation
Plans and leads our different digital platforms (RTE, RD, Webinars, HCP portal) from backend readiness to crafting the overall customer (user) experience, develops and improves the design, UX, traffic and content of our HCP portal.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Owns the overall brand architecture of our business in close coordination with the region/ global SME
Collaborates with regional/global digital team, 3rd party agencies and other vendor partners.
Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
At least 3-5 years' experience in digital media, marketing, content management, planning and execution, brand marketing, and/or audience/community management
Proficient in English and Tagalog.
Experience in leading digital platforms
Experience in crafting an end to end digital customer journey
Customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with project management skills
