Description
The Digital Marketing Manager provides support to Sales and Marketing team by managing all search engine optimization and marketing (SEO and SEM) activities. He / she will be responsible in managing all SEM campaigns on Facebook, Google, Yahoo and Bing and other social media in order to maximize Return of Investment (ROI).
RESPONSIBILITIES
DIGITAL MARKETING AND WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Works on the entire Digital Marketing space including basic content writing.
Communicates and assists in implementing technology projects for the advancement of Digital Marketing strategies.
Ensures online campaign is kept up to date and in line with current promotions.
Develops, implements and advises on best practice customer attraction and retention strategies including process mapping of the customer inbound journey.
Develops creative, innovative and unique concepts for digital promotions and competitions and managing production and design.
Handles website of the organization.
SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) / SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING (SEM)
Determines SEO strategies: launches, manages, and reports on paid search engine campaigns.
Supports strategic decisions based on website analytics and available sales data.
Develops landing pages and calls to action strategies.
Executes tests, collects and analyzes data, identifies trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Researches and analyzes competitor advertising links.
EMAIL DIRECT MARKETING (EDM)
Supports the release of Email Direct Marketing (EDM) and other online marketing strategies.
Manages customer communication and electronic direct marketing initiatives.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
Handles social media accounts of the organization.
Helps the organization increase its online presence.
Contributes to social media engagement and online brand awareness campaigns.
MUST HAVE:
Knowledgeable in brand marketing, email marketing, search engine marketing and search engine optimization.
Excellent understanding for setting up even tracking and conversion tracking in Google Analytics.
Knowledge and understanding in digital creatives: Flash, EDMs, Website and Mobile applications.
Familiarity with website technology and applications; background in AdobeCS6, Flash (Action script 3) and Illustrator.
Knowledge and experience with HootSuite and management of social media channels.
Working knowledge and exposure in SEO reporting and analytics and basic design skills.
Experience with SEO Tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Background in developing copy for blogs, white papers and articles involving conducting initial research.
Exposure and knowledge in A/B Testing.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement; strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
