Key Responsibilities: * Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
SEO Optimization:
Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance website visibility and search engine rankings.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and user experience.
Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute effective B2B lead generation campaigns through digital channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create lead magnets, landing pages, and other assets to capture and nurture leads.
Analyze lead data and conversion metrics to refine strategies and maximize results.
Branding:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong and cohesive brand identity.
Work closely with design teams to create visually appealing and on-brand marketing collateral.
Monitor brand sentiment and adjust strategies to enhance brand perception.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Extensive experience in Lead Generation in B2B setup.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media, SEO, and branding.
Can create and execute Marketing strategies from scratch with less supervision.
Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
