Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be driven by analytics and tracking for ongoing analytics and management of Inbound Lead Gen Adwords + SEM AND Offline CRO.
Qualifications
Agile PM Scrum Master
Experience with website content management system
Budget planning and management
Experience with Google Analytics and data interpretation
Basic understanding of HTML coding
Brand management experience
Social media management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all level
Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, and successfully grow the brand
Scale a team of highly skilled marketers with specialisations across SEM, Paid & Non-Paid, Content Planning & Distribution, Demand Generation,
Manage a monthly budget of paid advertising across the real estate industry and social channels, and drive a team culture of rigorous monitoring and experimentation
The left and right sides of your brain work in tandem. You are highly data-driven, strategic and you can also solve problems creatively

Data Science (Analyzing large amounts)
Call Tracking
Tag Manager / Lighthouse
Analytics

CRO is a MUST

Experience:
If you have the ability to create systems and processes to standardize best practice work methods.
Manage a collective team of Digital Marketing experts in Adwords, SEO, Social, Design, Web, E-mail Marketing, Automation, etc
Previous experience in a leadership position, this position will open up to a management position very quickly.
Previous experience in Real Estate Capacity and/or SAAS systems
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)
