We are looking to develop and nurture the successful candidate and have a growth plan mapped out for this key role. Due to our current expansion and success, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Duties and responsibilities Managing & training our current digital marketing and content writing team Manage strategy for our clients SEO campaigns (you will have a team around you) Creating templates and allocating tasks to writers - translating this from our onsite reports to the templates for writers QA onsite reports Using SEO related programs such as Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs & more Manage strategy for Google Ads with the help of our resident Google Ads specialist Budget management Assisting with ongoing Google Ads campaign optimisation Using software such as Google Ads editor, Google Ads, Optymrz & more Transparent reporting Compiling monthly work reports and all the activities and tasks completed for our clients including some comprehensive reports Interaction with our incredible clients Reporting and any questions that arise Seeking and coordinating workflow approval Aligning the clients need with our strategy Attend and run weekly performance catch ups for SEO & Google Ads Weekly company catch up with the leadership team Internal marketing for Integral Media Minimum qualifications The successful candidate will have At least 2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing (Google Ads and SEO) preferably from the digital marketing agencies An in depth understanding of Google Ads and SEO An understanding of Websites, knowledge of basic coding is a bonus Relevant Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Able to work-from-home and in Australian shift
