Marketing Lead
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate to work on key areas such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and the entire Growth Team to create and execute a completely integrated digital marketing strategy for Sprout Solutions.
TASKS:
Acquisition
Content/ inbound marketing: developing an editorial calendar and creating and strategically distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquirer and engage Sprout's target market
Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to Sprout's website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
Affiliate marketing: developing strategic partnerships that allow relevant bloggers, organizations, businesses to promote Sprout products on their website
Pay per click (PPC) campaigns and mobile marketing: creating a strategy around sponsored online or in-app advertising to appear alongside non-paid search results
Work closely with the Head of Marketing in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, feedback mechanisms and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
Must have crisp English writing skills
Social media savvy - must be familiar with major social media networks, including SlideShare and Quora
Must know SEO (and willing to learn more and be trained
Tech-savvy - must be quick to learn various tools because you'll be using a lot of them
Blogging (active or past), is a PLUS
Photoshop / design ability is a PLUS but not required
Must be willing to learn new things and be trained
