This role will support the company on e-commerce and development of other channel presence for Digital Security Products. The incumbent will also be exposed to branch operations and client relations management by working and mirroring at the ground level during the first weeks of employment. This role will be key in support for expansion plans towards global markets.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Manage and maintain company’s local eCommerce platforms to drive business improvement and efficiency (internally managed website and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada…)
• Support development of internally managed eCommerce channels towards global expansion of the brand (cross border and local eCommerce): set up of marketplace aggregators, manage international website…
• Identify opportunities for channel growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share
• Identifying channels and liaising with respective parties on channel expansion
• Drive daily e-commerce business across channels and markets: mechanics, channel tactics…
• Devise strategic marketing plans to drive company’s eCommerce sales
• Use data from eCommerce platforms and other sources to track conversion rates and understand impact of marketing campaigns
• Build market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping
• Provide feedback on trade and competitors’ market developments to ensure company stay relevant & competitive
• Lead the activation key launches, campaigns and collaborations across ecommerce platforms for impactful brand presence
• Other duties as required Key Objectives And/or Measuring Success
• Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes.
• Development of channel management strategies and managing various e-commerce platforms.
• Ensuring our digital security products to stay ahead of its competition.
Job Requirements
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
· 1 to 2 years of eCommerce management experience preferably in Service industry is a plus
• Digitally proficient and MS Office Application (Words, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High-level of initiative and service orientation
• Team player with positive attitude and pleasant disposition
