Job Description
This is a marketing role that incorporates a wide variety of digital marketing activities but also has a technical component to it. You'll need to have broad experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing. This role involves coordinating various digital campaigns and assisting the Digital Marketing Team with day-to-day activities. Competence with the Adobe Creative Suite is desired. You will also learn a LOT through a collaborative crew that specializes in all things SEO, SEM, social media, and web design.
You should be passionately engaged with the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, and have a finger on the changes that can help drive client success. This role is an opportunity for the right candidate to take on an exciting position in a fantastic workplace.
The Digital Marketing Assistant will report directly to the Division's Operations Manager in close collaboration with the Digital Marketing Accounts Supervisor for VIP-related projects and with the Digital Marketing Manager for production-related functions.
Your Responsibilities
Work with the Clickality Management Team in the implementation and execution of various digital strategies and marketing plans for high-value clients.
Create full-blown digital plans in collaboration with project managers and digital strategists designed to achieve specific client and business objectives.
Actively research industry trends and digital best practices which you will be expected to relay or share with respective departments.
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on various digital campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments, including, but not limited to: Developers, Content Writers, Designers SEO Specialists, PPC Strategists, Social Media Managers, and Project Managers to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
Conceptualize, schedule, manage, and visually plan social media content across a variety of platforms when necessary.
Create and deliver Internal Monthly EDM's as well as oversee the delivery of Weekly and Monthly Status Reports.
Work with the Metrics and Report Analyst in coming up with feasible action plans based on an in-depth analysis of departmental performance metrics.
Lead project management for Clickality's internal branding, including, but not limited to website, social media, SEO, paid marketing, and content marketing.
Provide administrative or other marketing support to assist with the efficient running of the department, as and when required.
Be driven to be the best with an insatiable appetite for learning & development.
Complete the following certification programs within the next 6 months
Google Analytics Beginners
Google Ads Fundamentals
Google Digital Garage
Google: Introduction to Data Studio
SEMRush Academy
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
