Job Descriptions:
Set-up marketing automation workflow, emails, landing pages, campaigns and reporting
Create email campaigns/landing pages using HTML and/or Eloqua templates to fit the content and plan of the region
Implement and improve guidelines for email content creation
OMC helpdesk support - answering and handling ad hoc queries & trouble shooting from regional OMC teams
Developing and coordinate list segmentations for upcoming campaigns using exclusions to avoid conflicts and scheduling rules
Prepare reports on channel performance, content performance and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.
Be a key member of Digital Community of Practice
Any other duties as assigned by project manager/team lead
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of email marketing experience
You are good with numbers and capable to create insights on how to optimize our content strategy
Marketing automation experience with platforms like Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot marketing
Knowledge of HTML and CSS - huge plus
Understand email standards and privacy laws: SPF, CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Strong attention to detail
Able to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and deliver high quality output that meets tight deadlines
Hands-on mentality, takes accountability, curious nature, continuous improvement driven both when asked for as well as on your own initiative;
Knowledge using Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver is a plus
Experience using Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM/any sales management tool
Excellent communication skills & English
