My Virtual Mate is a registered Australian company that helps businesses with business process outsourcing. Our mission is to make a positive change in our partners' business, which ultimately helps them gain more profits, and grow their business with truly talented staff.
Our client is a Social Media Marketing coach based in Melbourne. Their brand aims to help small to medium businesses gain more customers and scale their brands through social media marketing.
They are now looking for a Digital Marketer and Content Creator to work part-time. The VA's various tasks will include writing articles for a company's web pages, videos, and social media posts. He/she should also be adept at promoting content on social media. To be successful in this role, the candidate should be familiar with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for new businesses.

Email newsletter content writing
Marketing schedule management
Content distribution across FB/LI/IG
Project management - scheduling posts, templates creation, etc
Communication & liaison with clients
Gathering data and reporting (creating monthly social media insight reports for clients)
Website content update
Social Media Page Setup and Management
Set-up and management on Instagram
Content creation & design
Community engagement
Creating and Categorizing YouTube Playlists
Video and Audio Editing
Basic video and audio editing (intro, outro, background music, subtitles)
Sending email campaign on Active Campaign
Promoting webinars and speaking events on social media (including creating posts and flyers)
Essential Software and Tools
Canva, Active Campaign, Buffer, Zoho Mail, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Planoly, Asana, Air Table, YouTube creator studio, IMovie or Premier Adobe Pro
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working as a Digital Marketer / Content Creator, Content Strategist or a similar role
Proficient in graphic design
Experience in using ActiveCampaign
Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred
Portfolio of already published articles and web pages
Proper knowledge and working experience with Content Management Systems like WordPress, Joomla, etc.
Exceptional knowledge of SEO and keyword research
Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Good knowledge about email marketing
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Exceptional knowledge of digital publishing and generating leads
Excellent time management skills
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
