The Digital Health Associate's directives are: * Cross-training on all healthcare system workflows
This requires that the Associate be able to learn quickly
Attending to and supporting patients, helathcare providers, and other healthcare partners that fall under our office's umbrella organization
Our offices are seeking qualified professionals to join our Digital Health offices and teams in Manila
Candidate must be able to demostrate considerable experience with American healthcare: medical billing codes (CPT coding); diagnosis coding (ICD coding)
Candidate must be able to report to our offices in Makati City, Philippines, on a regular basis, for trainings and meetings
Candidate will be thoroughly vetted and interviewed in the following areas:
Technical Aptitude:
Although we are not expecting the candidate to be fluent in any of the healthcare systems that our offices utilize, our interview and screening process attempts 2 ascertain whether or not the applicant and candidate can learn fast enough to be able to contribute to our teams in a meaningful way
Softskills:
Cross training is a huge facet of what this team does on a daily basis new workflows are established every week and we need to quickly cascade that out throughout our teams, cross-border- meaning in varying jurisdiction, not only differing from the Philippines and the USA, but also within the USA: State to State; County to County
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Health and Medical Information Technology / IT 452 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
