As a digital content manager, you will have the required skills, ability and work ethics to craft data-driven content marketing strategies that will connect and convert. Working across a portfolio of enterprise brands (financial services, technology, health, fashion and beauty), this is a great opportunity for a talented copywriter/content strategist to join an award-winning digital marketing agency where your contributions will impact the growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities
Reporting and working closely with the Content Director to grow clients' digital presence by creating content marketing strategies that can elevate the current readership and engage new readers
Conducting brand, tone of voice and content audits for prospects and active clients
Designing regular tests to establish deeper data around audiences
Analysing content performance and providing recommendations for further optimisation and reporting
Managing and developing relationships with copywriters, designers and web developers
Helping shape, stress-test and implement processes
Developing, writing, editing and publishing content for a wide variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, eDMs, videos, and social posts
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have
A degree in digital marketing, journalism or other relevant courses
A minimum of three (3) years experience in a copywriter/content strategist role with a focus on digital channels across a range of industries (specifically in financial services, technology, health, fashion and beauty)
Strong attention to detail
Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines
Strong communication and project management skills
Strong ability to work independently, autonomously, and collaboratively within a growing team
Experience writing and editing content according to brand guidelines
Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BuzzSumo, Screaming Frog and Google Suite
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
