Your goal as a Digital Collection Analyst is to respond to customer inquiries order to get their accounts current. Primarily handles contacts with customer via digital (email, chat, etc...) mediums.
Collection activities include:
Assist account in enrolling in autopay and payment schedules.
Investigating delinquent accounts providing appropriate documentation to customers when needed.
Making recommendations to release orders on past due accounts and investigates bankruptcy claims.
Directly communications with customers via digital means (email/chat/etc...) to ensure the account stays current
Maintain/update records and files and generates related reports.
