The Digital Automation Associate for the Technology team is responsible for executing digital tactics to grow key business units within Insight. This includes interacting with media technologies/platforms (Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Display, etc) as well as collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to build data-driven media plans that deliver Return on Investment (ROI).
You should have an understanding of A/B testing of landing pages, A/B testing of creative assets and ad copy, creative development and understand the internal stakeholder needs and serve as their advocate when making digital media campaign decisions. You will be responsible for executing partner and technology nurture sends, coordinating target lists, and lead the Manila team with any automation questions.
As a Digital Automation Associate, you will:
Execute digital tactics, keep up with lists, and lead the Manila team in Marketo usage
Will need to quickly get Marketo certified
Will be the Technical Manila associate for digital automation
Provide regular reporting, including creation, analysis, and distribution of reports to stakeholders
Work collaboratively with fellow marketing managers and senior leaders to execute on the go-to-market strategy with the ultimate goal to increase response rates, engagement and drive measurable pipeline/won revenue.
Collaborate with Partner teammates to develop Insight led with Partner attach digital motions to drive Technology motions within the Commercial, Corporate, and Enterprise segments
Own and execute entire large-impact projects as assigned.
What you bring to Insight:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Understanding of UX and Conversion Centered Design Principles for landing pages
Excellent time-management, organization and project management skills, with attention to detail from inception through execution
Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platform, specifically emails, forms, landing pages, campaigns, lead scoring, progressive profiling, distribution lists, contact groups, and reporting
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong software aptitude and fast learner
Strong writing, communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
Marketo experience required.
Open to night shift schedule
