Qualifications:
If Completed 2nd year in college - 3 years total Sales experience
If Bachelor's Degree - 2 years total BPO Experience:
if B2B exp - minimum of 6 months exp.
if Inbound Sales exp - minimum of 1yr 6mos.
if Inbound + Outbound exp - minimum of 1 yr.
No BPO Experience:
At least 2 years in a sales capacity
At least 6 months with Agency (Advertising/ Marketing Solutions)
Amenable to work in rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
