Mi-C3 is seeking experienced, passionate Dev Ops Engineer - to work remotely. As the successful Dev Ops Engineer, you will oversee the specification, documentation and implementation of the new and ongoing project features. In addition, you will be developing new features and writing scripts for automation using NodeJS/Python/Bash. Your solid background in Dev Ops Engineering will enable you to add great value to the existing team!

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
● 4 years of experience in managing Linux based infrastructure
● 3 years of hands-on experience at least in one scripting language
● 2 years of hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis & Elasticsearch), automation tools (Terraform, ansible), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis, GitLab CI), orchestration & containerization tools (Kubernetes, Docker)
● Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages
● Ability to utilize various open source technologies
● Use various tools to orchestrate solutions with a focus on Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform
● Ability to Spec/build/maintain independent web-based tools, microservices and solutions with a focus on Docker, Apache Tomcat, NodeJS, Prometheus
● Experience in writing scripts and automation using NodeJS/Python/Bash
● Experience managing a virtualized infrastructure based on XenServer with Ubuntu guests
● Advanced PostgreSQL skills advantageous- tuning, scaling, optimizing & monitoring
● Understand how various systems work
● Understand how IT operations are managed
● Manage source control - GIT/GitLab
● Ability to configure and manage data sources like MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, etc
