Role description
As Dev Engineer - Tibco within the Reporting Area you will be responsible for the implementation of new features related to the Tibco BW .You will be responsible for setting up unit and integration tests, implement Tibco changes. Since you will be part of a true DevOps squad, you are alsoexpected to contribute to monitoring & alerting, risk, setting up and improvingtesting (functional, regression, performance, resilience) and contribute to Operations related activities (incident management, standby, release management, change and problem management)
Apart from your contribution to your own squad, you also share your knowledge and skills with other engineer, both in your squad and those in other squads. This can be face-to-face, by organizing BYOC sessions and in Guilds
Knowledge/skill:
Hands-on experience with software development of Tibco BW
Experience working with Tibco EMS
Experience in requirement gathering, design, troubleshooting, performance optimization of Tibco BW, EMS.
Experience with Tibco operations / administration ( deploy, monitor, install, upgrade etc.).
Experience with being involved in ITIL processes (Problem, Change, Release and Incident Management)
Experience working with Oracle database 11 / 12 / 19 , PLSQL
Experience with integrating automated tests within build & deployment pipeline (CD/CI)
Experience with Monitoring tools (ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
Experience with Cucumber for test automation
Version control - GIT

Experience with Linux
Experience with using Docker/containers for testing
Experience with Jenkins
Experience with TFS and Ansible, perhaps even Azure DevOps
