Responsibilities:
- Perform MAC (Move, Add, Change) to end-user IT environments, such as but not limited to, PC, laptop, IP hardphone, software applications, and printer (is headset being covered by DSE?)
- Provide support for all IT-related concern to end-user
- Act as 1st level support to all IT-related concern
- Timely escalation of support cases to Tier 2 and Tier 3, based on documented escalation matrix
- Responsible for the upkeep of all workstations security vulnerability patches
- Responsible for the up-to-date AV system on workstation environment (if applicable)
- Work closely with IT Asset Custodian in ensuring assets are properly accounted in IT Asset Management
- Submit KB article to IT Team Lead as appropriate for review and approval
- Follow the change management process guideline
- Responsible for the upkeep inside the hub room
- Perform regular maintenance on workstation desk and conference room to ensure cables are tidy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer or Electronics Engineering / Information Technology or other related courses
- Good English (Oral and Written) communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Intermediate to advanced experience in use and administration of Windows 8.1, Windows 10
- Understanding of ITIL framework (preferred)
- Prior experience in working on a BPO environment is preferred
- Background with powershell scripting is preferred
