Description:
Has technical knowledge of operation and functioning of Windows Operating Systems Proficient in hardware/software installation troubleshooting / repair of desktop Experience in troubleshooting PCs, able to manage IT desktop infrastructure, network cabling, etc.
Has knowledge of basic networking concepts, client-server architecture, knowledge of antivirus, server software/hardware setup and backup Fast learner and able to easily grasp new technologies, software/hardware and IT concepts Capable of following different procedures as per client requirements Able to communicate and track IT activity thru with remote backend teams With good communication, technical, analytical, problem solving and leadership skills. Is amenable to work in shifts Communicate fluently in English and Tagalog Maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation
PREFERABLY:
CAN / WILLING TO WORK on Pandemic situation.
