Functional Overview: In-charge of developing and conceptualizing interior spaces for new builds and refresh projects to meet the needs and preference of clients and management mainly through 3D renderings. Closely works with internal departments and external partners in analyzing clients' needs, creating plans and design specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with design team, clients and stakeholders in the preparation of 3D visualization, including realistic-renderings for interior fit-out and renovation/refresh projects Ability to do design collaborations, interpret and translate design briefs, concepts and design intents into 3D renderings Manage design projects and to ensure work is delivered to expectations and within required time frames and budget Develop and maintain a software digital resource library, suitable for architectural rendering needs and application Ability to work efficiently and autonomously Capable of presenting and justifying design concepts to clients and/or KMC management Ability to research on new design concepts, trends and apply to the company's design fit-out needs Responsible for providing project interior renderings for marketing collaterals and presentations Ability to manage, assist, train and mentor designers for output consistency and refinement ensuring design standards and 3D visualization standards are always maintained Skills: Must have a strong portfolio and artistic flair Advance knowledge in Enscape, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop and other 3D software Knowledge in creating 3D walk-throughs such as Shapespark is a plus Strong coordination and communication skills Fluent in verbal and written English Reliable, and effective in working independently without direct supervision yet able to adhere to existing structure and report directly to Management Have the ability to perform well under pressure, adhering to deadlines and standards Have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments Enhances and improves new and existing interior spaces' functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and d cor Can specify materials and source for furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures Establish project timelines and coordinates work activity, vendor involvement, and outside contractors as necessary Coordinates with internal departments as necessary to efficiently execute clients' and/or management project and design requirements Ensures compliance to national and local building and safety codes with every design element Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's / College Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Equivalent Minimum 3-4 years working experience related to interior fit-out projects (Commercial, Hospitality or BPO interior projects) Familiarity in using Design Software (Enscape, Vray, AutoCad, Sketch Up, Ms Office, etc.) KPI: Ability to provide approved interior design renderings and ideas in a timely manner Ensures proper execution of approved design within established project timeline
