We are hiring and growing! Design Support Services - Team Leader
With the expansion and growth of the Cushman & Wakefield Project Management division in Asia Pacific we have experienced accelerated growth in Southeast Asia leading to a demand to double the size of our Workplace & Design team based in Manila.
We are seeking a team leader for the Design Support team based in Manila leading a team that will grow to 10-15 headcount comprised of design documentation technicians, 3D visualisers and presentation makers.
The team leader will be responsible for the quality and timeliness of design production supporting the Design Director and designers based in Singapore responsible for workplace design projects in Southeast Asia.
Key skills and experience
Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup and VRay experience
Coordinate and deliver work into Southeast Asia design team members within the project requirements, deadlines and scope
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Lead and coach team members
Proactive approach with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
5+ years experience of design studio team leadership
