Job Description
About the challenge:
You manage projects for both product design and design as a service (custom websites, marketing collaterals etc.).
You collaborate with stakeholders to define design requirements.
You ensure quality and timely delivery of all design projects.
You manage and evolve the design team and processes.
You establish and maintain brand guidelines / design system.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Computer Science / IT / Web or Multimedia Design or equivalent
At least 2 years of professional experience in a design team lead/management capacity
Proven experience with UX best practices, responsive and mobile-first design (portfolio)
Experience with CMS Platforms - Wordpress, Joomla etc.
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
