Coordinates with other Engineering trade and support group for the completion of tender package.
Reviews tender documents and validates request for information.
Estimates quantity based on the scope of works and tender drawings.
Estimates quantity based on the scope of works and tender drawings.
Conduct initial review and checking of quantity summary based on the output of Jr DCE and DCE I.
Evaluates and verifies received Quotation from different Subcontractors and Suppliers if in compliance with the Client requirements.
Conduct detail Engineering Design as required to complete the cost proposal.
Provides format of summary for estimated quantities.
Perform overall costing activity based on company's established format (Apply man hours per activity based on MS, prepare manpower and equipment loading per MS and schedule and accomplish preliminaries).
Prepare technical qualifications as per the basis of estimate.
Performs price breakdown based on Client requirements and strategize to arrive with a competitive proposal.
Prepares derived unit rate tabulation (Basis of evaluation) against previous submitted or completed project.
Applies the requirements of bid documents with regard to Work Item Method of Measurement and Cost Allocation (work coverage).
Interpret the schedule by identifying all deliverables and interfaces with other disciplines.
Monitors the team accomplishments and progress of the estimates.
Prepares presentation of awarded projects based on engineering considerations and assumptions.
