· Check & analyze HVAC design drawings.
· Preparation of BOQ & cost estimate, cost analysis, scope of work details and project reports.
· Coordinate & provide support with other department regarding design preparation, project implementations, testing & commissioning.
· Conduct site survey & attend pre-bid meeting for potential projects.
· Conduct site inspection for on-going projects that requires technical support & assistance.
· Coordinate with subcontractors & suppliers regarding request for quotations.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the immediate superior.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
