Optimizing patient care by working with nursing staff
Developing specialized treatment plans after patient examinations
Educating patients and families on how to best manage their conditions.
Incorporating practices to promote staff teamwork.
Analyzing patient data and outcomes.
Staying up to date with the latest developments in nursing practice and contributing to medical research.
Allocating staff and resources to where they are needed.
Identifying training needs and facilitating training for nursing students and staff.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
