Our client is the General Consultant on the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) Phase 1 (Valenzuela to Paranaque) and are looking for a Deputy Project Director.
The Deputy Project Director has overall responsibility to the Client, Department of Transportation for the safe and timely delivery of the 33km long fully underground Metro Project in Manila, Philippines; the 1st in the Capital City; with all of the 17 x 250m long Underground Stations, Tunnels & 30 Hectare Metro Depot located within 6 of the most densely populated Cities of Metro Manila including 1 Station at Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Heavy Tunnelling works incl. large diameter SCL (NATM) tunnels & up to 19 x 7m dia. EBM TBM"s to be utilised
simultaneously in this active Seismic Zone. FIDIC Yellow / Pink Book Project. Project Scope includes 7 x Civil / MEP / Fit-
out Packages, 1 x D&B Electric Train Contract (30 x 8 Car ET"s) and 1 x D&B Railway Systems Package
Job Requirements

Proven Delivery Director for Rail Infrastructure Works; from pre-Tender to Operator Handover / DLP
Experience leading, managing & developing multi-cultural teams in South East Asia
V/E Process Driver and Troubleshooter; for highly complex Urban Transit Projects
Experienced multi-disciplinary Design Management for complex Metro & Commercial Development works ? full
process management
Experience in tendering - process management; from Concept / Route planning to Award
Planning & Logistics expertise for complex urban Transit works; Client & Contractor
Contractual / Commercial management of large scale Infrastructure Projects ? incl. JICA / FIDIC suites
Safety, Risk and Environmental Management for Urban Underground Transit Projects
