Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist Training Manager with end to end training requirement for process including behavioral.
• Drive all Talent Transformation initiatives
• Run value add projects , meet the BVM targets set for the process
• Managing customer expectation end to end.
• Closely work with customer & ops stakeholders
• Provide guidance & support to Trainers to deliver as per targets.
• Primary point of contact Operations & Client.
• Provide strategic direction through insights.
• Responsible for rigorous planning of New hire, Refreshers, BQ Training & implementation.
• Manage & lead Client Visits, QBR's, Plan & facilitate Due-diligence with training manager.
• Responsible for quality, timeliness, Attrition and process compliance in all deliverables.
• Explore & incorporate capabilities and current engagements with client within Wipro for added differentiation and/or leverage.
• Improve efficacy of training by exploring new training methodologies
• Improve trainer Utilization by leveraging technology.
• Meet Process training & OJT phase defined parameters.
