Provide technical direction and oversight of activities at both central and provincial level
Supervise technical component leads and provincial officers
Develop innovative technical strategies for improving impact of the Activity
Support positive relations with government counterparts and implementing partners through regular coordination and communication.
Work with technical component leads and project partners in each location to ensure a shared vision for BARMMHealth activities and outcomes, address implementation challenges, and encourage the sharing of best practices and successes.
Monitor activities in each provincial office against the approved work plan and ensure alignment with the M&E plan and budget.
Oversee the accuracy and technical quality of all project deliverables, including periodic performance reports, financial and technical reports, training materials, and instructional materials.
Ensure technical teams have the technical and administrative support needed to ensure high quality and timely implementation of activities according to the work plan.
Assist in the coordination of program implementation, including detailed monthly and quarterly work planning, capacity building, and monitoring.
Ensure timely submission of high-quality plans, reports. and other products; support COP in compiling, editing and formatting program deliverables.
Provide project level support and management during absences of COP.
Deliver capacity strengthening trainings and mentoring to project staff to improve the technical delivery of activities.
Assists the Chief of Party in the formulation and implementation of project workplan and activities
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Masters' degree in clinical or public health
Minimum 7 years of experience in management of international development assistance programs with focus on FP and MCH
Demonstrated organizational and relationship building skills
Demonstrated supervisory experience
Experience in service delivery
Previous experience in BARMM preferable
Previous experience in grants management
Strong written and spoken English and local languages, preferred.
