WHAT IS A DEPLOYMENT SPECIALIST Our awesome client, a leading software provider company based in Australia is looking for a deployment specialist to be part of their Service Delivery team. To facilitate the onboarding portion of the Customer's journey, guide the customer from sales order, through their implementation and to the ongoing operation of their solution. You will be the frontline in dealing with the deployment, installation and configuration of customers and users on PelicanCorp's' xAccess hosted solutions. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment Specialist duties and responsibilities generally include working with the Sales Team, Development Team, Support Team, plus involves a large amount of customer contact. The main tasks of a Deployment Specialist, however, include implementing customer requirements to our products or services. Identifying configuration issues prior to go live. Testing implementation prior to handover. Handover to customer to take over operations of solution. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR Deploying xAccess solutions as per standard/default application installation process Configuring xAccess solutions as per Solution Design and/or Scope of Works documentation Test the xAccess installation works as per the Solution Design and/or Scope of Works Work with Level 1 & Level 2 Support to troubleshoot any operational issue related to the installation and configuration of the xAccess solutions Work with customer to complete the installation, configuration and testing, and seek official customer sign off Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Communicating with customers through various channels (phone, email, online) Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints Communicating and coordinating with other team members as necessary Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Update product Knowledge Base
