KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Deploys latest software version and patch to production stores which also include troubleshooting of issues and reviewing logs
l Updates documentation to keep track of tasks and issue logs
l Maintains and updates workarounds and proactive management of Configuration Items / Applications in knowledge database.
l Coordinates the activities of several groups investigating the incident, as needed.
l Executes and monitors Ad Hoc requests.
l Performs proactive support services which may result in early detection of incidents.
l Customer and User service oriented.
l Effective time and work management.
l May participate in projects and take on roles such as, but not limited to, Designer, Implementer and Tester.
l Coordinates with external vendors to address application issues.
l Communicate with external and internal customers onshore via email, IM or conference calls on a daily basis.
l Provide consultation determining proper escalation matrices, issues and changes within the process.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Hybrid Twice a week
