Job Summary:
The Department Secretary will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedure in the department.
Qualifications:
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Preferably with experience/knowledge performing clerical functions such as filing, scanning, scheduling appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and bookings
Good communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Keen attention to detail, great flexibility, and assertive
Willing to travel/commute every day to the head office in BTTC Centre, Greenhills, San Juan City
Willing to start ASAP
Job Description:
Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Disseminating correspondence, memos, and form
Develop and maintain a filing system
Managing department office supply inventory
To ensure that all documents needed in processing of Letter of Credit and Telegraphic Transfers are complete, documented, and monitored.
