Role:
As a Demand Research Associate, your key focus will be to extend SAP's market coverage in each segment for Software License and Services by generating new pipeline.
In this exciting position, you will:
Plan Targeted Outbound Campaigns with Mid-Market Sales Executives (MSEs) and Demand Generation Executives (DDEs)
Help in finalizing the list of customers to contact and finding their contact details
Review, process, and analyze large amounts of information related to customer service and revenue.
Combine data from multiple sources (Excel files, flat files, etc.) into integrated views that can be used to drive analysis and be summarized for executive decision making
Plan and execute contact i.e. email and phone numbers of the customer list to help generate Leads using the most efficient tools
Ideally, you will have:
Knowledge and skill in extracting and analysing data to decide and propose various business decisions
Great phone skills, and the ability to engage with customers to understand their needs
Some exposure to Demand Generation/ Inside Sales/ Telemarketing
Language skills (in addition to English) are highly regarded.
