JOB MISSION/SUMMARY
To handle all delivery/ logistics concerns and/or issues. Communicate with internal and external customers all delivery status and concerns. Act as point-person for all logistics concern.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate customer requirements, feedbacks or instructions to concerns personnel.
Immediately escalate serious complaints or issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Assist internal customers to deliver the requirements to external customers
Prepare documents and reports (Daily Monitoring, Delivery Updates, Customer Service Report and other necessary reports).
Assure that the all delivery concerns and complaints are settled.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned by superiors
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good customer service, strong organizational skills
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Knowledge in basic computer , or other knowledge in using system
Knowledge in Logistics / Delivery / Transport Operations
With experience in handling customers concerns/complaints
